By using our website, requesting a quote, scheduling an appointment, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Customers must provide accurate information, including:

  • Full name

  • Contact information

  • Service address

  • Vehicle make, model, and condition

  • Requested service

  • Preferred appointment date and time

We may contact you to confirm the appointment, request additional information, or adjust the booking time.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Prices displayed on our website, advertisements, or social media pages may be starting prices only.

The final price may vary depending on:

  • Vehicle size

  • Vehicle condition

  • Amount of dirt or debris

  • Pet hair

  • Stains

  • Excessive mud

  • Odors

  • Required labor

  • Requested add-on services

We may inspect the vehicle before beginning work and provide an updated price when additional labor or treatment is required.

No additional charge will be added without informing the customer first.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time specified during booking or immediately after the service is completed.

Accepted payment methods may vary and will be communicated before or during the appointment.

Customers are responsible for paying all agreed charges, including approved additional services.

Returned, reversed, disputed, or failed payments may result in additional fees where permitted by law.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers should provide reasonable notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

Late cancellations, repeated rescheduling, or failure to appear may result in:

  • Loss of a booking deposit

  • A cancellation fee

  • A requirement to prepay future appointments

Premier Auto Shine may cancel or reschedule an appointment because of severe weather, unsafe conditions, equipment failure, staff availability, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Service Location Requirements

Because we provide mobile detailing services, the customer must ensure that the service location is safe, legal, and suitable for detailing work.

The customer is responsible for providing:

  • Safe access to the vehicle

  • Enough space around the vehicle

  • Permission to use the location

  • Access to water or electricity when required and agreed in advance

  • A location that does not violate parking, property, or community rules

We may refuse or stop work if the location is unsafe, restricted, inaccessible, or unsuitable.

7. Vehicle Access and Preparation

The customer must provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled appointment time.

Before service begins, customers should remove:

  • Cash

  • Jewelry

  • Electronics

  • Important documents

  • Medication

  • Firearms

  • Fragile items

  • Personal valuables

  • Child seats or personal accessories requiring special handling

Premier Auto Shine is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle unless caused by our proven negligence.

8. Vehicle Condition

Customers must disclose known issues that may affect the service, including:

  • Loose trim

  • Damaged paint

  • Cracked glass

  • Electrical problems

  • Water leaks

  • Broken switches

  • Loose interior panels

  • Aftermarket accessories

  • Previous repairs

  • Sensitive finishes

  • Existing stains or damage

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, hidden defects, loose materials, or damage caused by poor-quality repairs or deteriorated surfaces.

Photographs may be taken before and after service to document vehicle condition and completed work.

9. Service Results

We aim to provide professional results, but not every stain, odor, scratch, mark, contaminant, or defect can be fully removed.

Results may depend on:

  • Age of the vehicle

  • Material condition

  • Type of stain

  • Length of time the stain has been present

  • Previous cleaning attempts

  • Paint condition

  • Surface damage

  • Level of contamination

We do not guarantee complete removal of permanent stains, deep scratches, oxidation, paint defects, mold, severe odors, pet hair, or embedded contaminants unless expressly agreed in writing.

10. Customer Inspection

Customers should inspect the vehicle after the service is completed.

Any concerns should be reported as soon as reasonably possible, preferably before the service provider leaves the location.

We will review legitimate service concerns and may offer a reasonable correction where appropriate.

Refunds are not automatically provided when a correction or re-service can reasonably address the issue.

11. Weather and Environmental Conditions

Mobile detailing may be affected by rain, extreme heat, freezing conditions, high winds, storms, poor lighting, or unsafe environmental conditions.

Premier Auto Shine may delay, reschedule, modify, or cancel a service when conditions could affect safety or service quality.

We are not responsible for dust, rain, pollen, road debris, bird droppings, or other environmental contamination that occurs after the service has been completed.

12. Customer Conduct

Customers must treat our team respectfully and provide a safe working environment.

We may refuse or stop service in cases involving:

  • Threatening behavior

  • Harassment

  • Unsafe conditions

  • Illegal activity

  • Aggressive animals

  • Misrepresentation

  • Non-payment

  • Excessive interference with the work

Where service is stopped because of customer conduct or unsafe conditions, charges may still apply for time and work already completed.

13. Photos and Marketing

Premier Auto Shine may take photographs or videos of vehicles before, during, and after service for documentation, quality control, training, or marketing purposes.

We will make reasonable efforts to avoid displaying license plates, addresses, faces, personal belongings, or other identifying details.

Customers may request that their vehicle not be used in public marketing materials by informing us before the service begins.
