Service Requests and Quotes

Website submissions are requests for information or appointments and do not guarantee availability. Final pricing, scope, duration, and appointment details must be confirmed directly with Premier Auto Shine.

Vehicle Condition and Access

Customers should disclose significant stains, damage, hazardous materials, pet hair, excessive debris, or other conditions that may affect service. A safe and suitable working area must be available around the vehicle.

Results and Limitations

Detailing can improve cleanliness and appearance, but some stains, odors, oxidation, scratches, rust, embedded contaminants, or damaged materials may require specialized treatment or may not be fully removable.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments may be affected by weather, location access, vehicle condition, and scheduling availability. Please provide reasonable notice when rescheduling or cancelling.
